'I first heard about Ortho Keratology from my niece who suggested that my twins should try it out. It has now been 3.5 years since my twins first started using Ortho-K We are so impressed with the results that I have introduced my nephew, friends and kids' school friends to this technology. With Ortho-K, my kids can play sports, swim and do anything without the need of wearing spectacles. Most importantly however, it has stopped their vision from going worse. My youngest son has now also started using Ortho=K and I am comfident this will help to keep his vision stable. SooJin Nam has assisted us all the way and I am very pleased with her level of professionalism and care.

I found this vision therapy to be quite useful and enjoyable. There were numerous exercises and activities that helped improve my eyesight as well as train them to work together efficiently.
Through doing these exercises I was able to develop some other skills too, such as multi tasking. However I find that I need to practice more with my fusion through looking softly. Overall, I enjoyed these sessions and activities.

When I’m looking at something close and I lift my head up, the objects infront of me aren’t a bit blurry anymore. My eyes feel more relaxed when I’m studying and they’re not getting tired as easily. I find it easier to take in and remember information. My prescription has improved. When I look at objects far away my right eye would sometimes see them blurry but it doesn’t happen anymore. I don’t need to squint to see things clearer.

After finishing vision therapy I’ve noticed that in school, when reading my eyes don’t et tired and don’t start burning. I find it easier to concentrate when studying at school or at home. When I look a objects from a far distance they’re not as blurry as before, meaning I can see things from a far distance more clearly. Also when I’m reading my eyes don’t move fro left to right unexpectedly, they go where ever I want them to.

Vision therapy has helped me become more relaxed. When I’m reading its easier for my eyes to focus and I don’t feel as dizzy when I read for a while. When I look at the board at school my eyes focus a lot faster than before. I can concentrate more and for longer periods of time. I would recommend it, because it really does help.
